Through philanthropy projects and our annual signature events, we make a powerful impact on our community by volunteering and fundraising for several charitable organizations. Educational development is available through monthly speakers and our Mentor Program. We also host a variety of social activities including cultural, sporting and networking events.

Through various projects and events, we provide our members unparalleled opportunities to gain the experience needed to become more effective civic and business leaders in an environment where they can meet others with the same ambition.
Leadership Development Through Community Service…
We do this by providing our community the leadership it needs to address its most pressing issues and by raising money & awareness for the most effective charity organizations.
Connecting with the best leaders in the community…
Our members have access to unique social opportunities including cultural, sports, and networking activities that allow them to meet successful and influential business and community leaders.
Learning what MBA schools can’t teach you…
Our members receive Educational opportunities, that are otherwise difficult to obtain, through monthly speakers, our mentor program, and our Executive Development Network, and especially through our through monthly and annual projects aimed at making an impact on the community.

MONTHLY MEETINGS
The cornerstone of DJCC is our Monthly Meetings held on the first Tuesday of the month. They provide a glimpse into business and philanthropic areas of our community. It’s where our members and guests come to network with professionals from diverse backgrounds representing many area businesses from small to large.
MENTOR PROGRAM
DJCC’s Mentor Program pairs young professionals with seasoned leaders in the community.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
We organize a number of opportunities to give back to our community. Previously, events have been held at Scottish Rite Hospital, North Texas Food Bank, The Bridge, and DFW Airport, where we welcomed our military troops home.
HAPPY HOURS
These social and networking events provide an opportunity to get to know fellow members and guests. These are often held in conjunction with other young professional groups, such as Helping Hands, the Dallas Heart Ball, the Young Professional Network, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Cancer Monument.
